Shipping and Returns

Once your order has been paid and validated, you will receive a confirmation email.

An email will also be sent to you automatically when your order is shipped, provided the email address provided during the purchase process is correct.

Please carefully check your details (first name, last name, email address, delivery address) before finalizing your order.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package has already been shipped, unfortunately it will no longer be possible to change the address.

EK Studio cannot be held responsible for loss or misdelivery due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If your package is returned by La Poste or Mondial Relay, our customer service team will notify you by email. A new shipment to the correct address will be possible, but at your expense.

Shipping and delivery times

Pre-orders: shipping within 2 to 3 weeks (this time may be extended depending on order volume).
Products in stock: dispatch within 2 to 4 working days.
Digital products: immediately available for download after payment.

Metropolitan France: delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
Europe: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days for most countries.

Delivery methods and shipping costs

EK Studio delivers throughout the European Union via La Poste or Mondial Relay.

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

Delivery is free for purchases over €90, in mainland France only.

For international shipments, EK Studio does not cover customs taxes.

Responsibility for transport

EK Studio declines all responsibility for any delay, damage, or loss of the package by the carrier. No refund or replacement of the product will be made. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the claims department of La Poste or Mondial Relay.

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 working days, from the receipt of your order, to return your products to us at your expense. If this period is exceeded, the return will not be accepted.

In case of return, please provide us with a tracking number so that we can monitor the correct receipt of your package by our customer service.

EK Studio reminds you that you are responsible for the condition of the products during their return. To be refunded, the product must not be damaged, spoiled, or soiled. Any return may be refused if the product shows signs of use, is not in its original packaging, or is deformed or soiled. The product must be returned in its entirety, complete, and fit for resale.

If the return is refused, the product may be returned to you at your expense and within a maximum period of one month.

To validate the return of the product, please send us your order confirmation, your invoice, the reason for the return and specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

For any return or exchange, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal.

Shipping costs for your order cannot be refunded when returning your product(s).

Any product made to the customer's specifications is not covered by the satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, a refund or exchange for a personalized product is not possible (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Indeed, once the order is validated, it cannot be modified or canceled. Consequently, it cannot be refunded.

Digital products are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to their nature.
